Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Welcome to Anqa, your native DEX Aggregator on the Aptos blockchain. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and technology (collectively, the “Service”), which are provided by Anqa Labs (“Anqa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, in which case “you” and “your” refer to that organization.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Service. By using Anqa, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
Use the Service in any manner that could disable, damage, or impair it, or interfere with other users’ ability to use the Service.
Employ any robot, scraper, or automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
Use any manual process to monitor or copy material from the Service without authorization.
Interfere with the Service’s proper functioning by introducing harmful code (e.g., viruses, worms, trojans).
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Launch any denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
Manipulate or misrepresent Anqa’s brand, ratings, or associated services.
Otherwise disrupt or attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Anqa Labs and its licensors. Anqa’s trademarks and branding elements may not be used without prior written consent.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring proper access to the Service and for ensuring that all parties using it via your connection are aware of and comply with these Terms.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our sole discretion without notice. We are not liable if the Service becomes unavailable at any time or for any period.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Anqa makes no representations about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anqa Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
You agree to resolve any disputes relating to these Terms or the Service through binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exceptions to Arbitration
You may pursue a claim in small claims court in London if eligible. Both parties may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court to prevent misuse or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If material changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users at least 30 days in advance. The definition of “material” will be at our sole discretion.
